Now is the time to take your yoga practice to an exceptional place!

Yoga literally means “union” and is fundamentally about the union between the mind and the body.  The “Brain Train for the Yogi” Certification is a program that trains yoga instructors on the neuroscience of the mind-body connection. The #1 reason your students come to you is to be healthier: in body and in mind.  Yet, no one is talking to your students about the most important asset in the mind-body connection: their brains!  Therefore, this certification is designed to train you on the neuroscience of the mind-body connection.

In a world where there are thousands and thousands of yoga instructors, this certificate will allow you to stand out by teaching you about neuroscience of yoga.  Through this program, you will learn the latest, cutting-edge science and then how to apply that science with your clients.  There is heavy emphasis on practical application to allow you to apply the latest brain science directly to your students. This program uses the most cutting-edge neuroscience in ways that are both evidence-based and user-friendly (READ: you do not have to have a science background to find tremendous value in this program).

You already know how amazing yoga can make you feel; now learn  the neuroscience of why.
This certificate program is designed for either yoga teachers or advanced yoga students who want to learn more about the neuroscience of yoga. This training program is appropriate for instructors or serious students who are interested in taking their understanding of the mind-body connection to the next level.
Once you are Brain-Train Certified, you will be able to:

Distinguish yourself as a yoga instructor:  In a world where there are thousands and thousands of yoga instructors, it can be difficult to stand out. We hear so much about the “mind-body” connection, and yet no one is saying anything about the role of the brain! By acquiring this certification, you can clearly set yourself apart with knowledge about the neuroscience of yoga.

Speak confidently about brain health:  Connect to your students by teaching them about brain health in ways that are meaningful and useful to them.

Take a more holistic approach to wellness by integrating the brain: This certification’s emphasis on the neuroscience of the mind-body connection will empower your students to discover the most powerful version of themselves.

Integrate neuroscience into your one-on-one sessions or group classes: Through sample scripts, roleplays, simulations and pro-tips, you will be able to teach your students about the brain's role in the mind-body connection.
You already know that yoga makes you feel calmer, healthier and stronger—but do you know why? This program is designed to teach you how stress is toxic to the brain and how yoga protects your brain.

So much of yoga is about our anatomy, but do you know what parts of your brain are strengthened by yoga? Learn the neuroanatomy of yoga.
  • Why yoga makes us feel more centered, confident and compassionate.
  • How you can use your yoga practice to become more emotionally intelligent, confident and calm.
Through an 8-week online program, you will learn how stress damages the brain and how yoga protects the brain. You will learn about the brain’s role in the mind-body connection. This program you teaches you about the:
